I have all these fantasies about what I will do when I get back to the States, usually involving kinds of cooking projects I can't do here... including I have this idea about making my own butter. And that of course led me to thinking about what to put it in, and that's how I found beautiful French Butter dishes like this one

Can I pull off this kind of adornment?

I'm thinking about these 1940s-esque feather headbands, they seem a little trendy now and I'm weighing whether they will be flattering and stand the test of time within the rest of my wardrobe
